NutriTech Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the NutriTech iOS app. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What NutriTech is
NutriTech provides educational insights and suggestions based on genetic markers you import, your Apple Health activity, and preferences you enter. NutriTech is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health, dietary, or fitness decisions. You use the app's suggestions at your own risk.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use NutriTech. You are responsible for the data you import and confirm you have the right to use it.
Subscriptions, billing, and free tier
- Some features require a paid auto-renewing subscription (weekly, monthly or annual). Pricing is shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms; we do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.
- Free features may be limited (for example, a single sample meal plan). We may change the boundary between free and paid features over time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access it in an automated or abusive way, reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent usage limits or subscription checks.
Availability
NutriTech relies on third-party services (Apple, OpenAI, Cloudflare). Features that depend on AI processing may be temporarily unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that insights will be accurate or complete.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes are reflected by the date above.
